Thanks for shopping with Albatross Ferrules. We work hard to get your gear to you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when we ship orders.

Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
Orders are packed and shipped the following business day after purchase, as long as postal services are operating. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next available business day.

If there’s a rare delay due to order volume or material restock, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We currently ship via USPS, with shipping calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied to all U.S. orders over $100 (after discounts and before taxes).

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We don’t add surcharges to these—what you see is what it costs.

  • Need your order faster? You’ll be able to select an expedited option at checkout when available.

Shipping Destinations
We ship across the U.S. and internationally to select countries. Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, local postal service, and customs processes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. If you didn’t enter an email at checkout, we won’t be able to send you order updates or tracking information.

International shipments include tracking unless otherwise noted at checkout. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on customs clearance in your country.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes (International Orders)
All international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees once they arrive in your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient. We don’t collect or control these fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage incurred in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim—and keep all packaging materials and photos of the damage on hand.

Returns & Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our ferrules and want you to be happy with your order.

If you received the wrong item or there’s a clear manufacturing defect, email us at albatrossferrules@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos. We’ll cover return shipping and make it right.

For all other returns (e.g. changed your mind), you're welcome to return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed once the item arrives back to us in original condition.
